How long does an offer take to credit?

Updated

Quick answer

Most rewards are credited within minutes of finishing an offer or survey, and a step in a game or a reward held for a set time can take longer.

Most rewards are credited within minutes of finishing an offer or survey, and some take a few hours while the partner that runs it confirms them. A step in a game can take up to 48 hours, and a reward held for a set time waits until its Releases on date in your task history.

How long does each kind of offer take?

How long an offer's reward takes depends on the kind of offer, and the table shows the usual times:

kind of reward when it is usually credited
a short offer, such as signing up for an app within minutes of finishing
a step in a game, such as reaching a level within a few hours, sometimes up to 48 hours
an offer that pays in steps each step on its own, as the partner confirms it
a reward held for a set time on its Releases on date

A few partners confirm a step only once you reach the next one, so that step's reward appears one step later. Some offers show on their Details tab how long a reward from them can stay pending, so you know the longest wait before you start.

How long do survey rewards take?

Most survey rewards are credited within a few minutes of finishing the survey, and sometimes a survey partner takes up to 48 hours to confirm your answers. A reward for a survey that screens you out is credited the same way, when the survey partner pays one.

Why do some rewards take longer than others?

Each partner confirms rewards at its own speed, and the kind of offer matters too: a short offer is usually confirmed within minutes, while a step in a game can take longer.

Some offers also take longer because of what they ask you to do. An offer that asks you to keep a free trial for a set time is finished only when that time has passed, so its reward comes later. A reward can also be held for a set time after the partner confirms it, before it is credited.

What should I do if a reward is later than expected?

Start with your task history, which lists every reward that has tracked:

  • The reward shows Pending. A pending reward has tracked, and it is usually credited once it is confirmed or on its Releases on date. If the reward has no Releases on date, report it to the partner that runs the offer the same way as a missing reward.
  • The offer says you finished it, and no reward is listed 48 hours later. You can report the missing reward to the partner that runs the offer.
  • Your progress on the offer never updated. Try the fixes for an offer that did not track.
  • The missing reward is for a survey. You can report a missing survey reward to the survey partner.

While you wait, please do not start the offer again, because a second start does not make the reward come any sooner.
