Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are the agreement between you and Geekbux Interactive, a company based in Sweden, which operates Earnit (earnit.gg). In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Geekbux Interactive, and "you" means the person who creates or uses an Account.

By creating an Account or using Earnit, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Affiliate Policy form part of these Terms and bind you in the same way. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use Earnit.

Key Points

• Earnit is free to use. You earn Rewards by completing Offers from our Partners, and we never charge you to take part in anything on Earnit.
• You must be at least 16 years old, and you may hold one Account only.
• A Reward can stay pending until the Partner confirms it, and a Partner can reverse a Reward after we have credited it.
• Your Balance never expires. You can withdraw it through PayPal, a virtual Visa, cryptocurrency or a gift card.
• Cheating, using more than one Account or hiding your location can cost you your Balance and your Account.
• Nothing in these Terms takes away a right the law gives you as a consumer.

These points are a summary. The sections below are the full Terms, and they apply in full.

In these Terms, the words below have the meanings given here, and they are capitalized wherever that meaning applies. Our Affiliate Policy uses them with the same meanings.

• Account: the personal Earnit account you create and use.
• Offer: an offer, a survey or a short task that you can complete on Earnit to earn a Reward.
• Partner: a third party that supplies an Offer.
• Reward: the amount we credit to your Balance for an Offer you have completed.
• Balance: the total credited to your Account from Rewards, Commission and promotions, recorded in US dollars.
• Withdrawal: a request to receive your available Balance through one of the payout methods we offer.
• Commission: the amount you earn under our Affiliate Policy when a person you referred earns Rewards on Earnit.

Where these Terms say "you must" or "you may not", that is a rule you agree to follow. Where they say "we may", that is something we are allowed to do but do not have to do. Where they say "we will", that is a promise we make to you.

Headings are there to help you find your way and do not change the meaning of the text beneath them. Examples that follow "for example" or "such as" do not limit the rule they illustrate. A reference to writing includes email, and a reference to one of our policies means that policy as updated from time to time under these Terms.

Where a rule depends on a figure that can change, such as a minimum, a fee or a Commission rate, we show the figure in the app rather than printing it here. The figure shown in the app is the one that applies to you.

You must be at least 16 years old to hold an Account. If you are under 18, you may use Earnit only with the permission of a parent or guardian, and only where the law where you live allows it. Identity verification, described under Your Account, has its own age requirement of 18.

Earnit is not available in every country. If registration is not open in your country, you will be told when you sign up. The Offers and payout methods available to you also depend on where you live, and both can change without notice.

You may not use Earnit where the law that applies to you does not allow it.

By creating an Account, you confirm that you meet these requirements, that you are creating the Account for yourself and not for someone else, and that the information you give us is accurate and complete. You must keep that information up to date.

You may create an Account with an email address and a password, or by signing in with Google or Steam. You must keep your sign-in details private, and you must not let anyone else use your Account. You are responsible for everything done through your Account. If you think someone else has gained access to it, you must tell us at support@earnit.gg without delay. You can protect your Account with two-factor authentication in your security settings, and we recommend that you do.

You may hold one Account only, and only one Account may be used per household. You may not create or use a second Account, use an Account that belongs to someone else, or create a new Account after we have closed one of yours for breaking these Terms. You may not sell, rent, lend, give away or transfer your Account, and you may not buy or accept an Account from anyone else.

We will send you the messages needed to run your Account, such as security notices and updates about your Withdrawals, for as long as your Account is open. Marketing messages and reminders, such as a daily streak about to end, are separate, and we send them to every member unless you have turned them off. You can stop them at any time from your account settings or with the unsubscribe link in any of those emails. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your contact details.

Every Account also comes with a referral link. You can use it in our Affiliate Program, which our Affiliate Policy governs.

Your Balance

Your Balance shows what you have earned on Earnit, recorded in US dollars. It is a record of Rewards and other credits, not money we hold for you. It is not a bank deposit, electronic money or a payment account, and it does not earn interest. Your Balance remains ours until it is paid out to you as a Withdrawal, and it has no value outside Earnit.

Your Balance never expires, and we will not close your Account because you have stopped using it. You may leave your Balance in your Account for as long as you like and withdraw it whenever you meet the requirements under Withdrawals.

Your Balance is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, give, trade or combine it with another person or another Account, and you may use it only through a Withdrawal.

If a technical error, a duplicate credit or a correction by a Partner has added an amount you did not earn, we may correct your Balance so that it shows what you earned. A correction is not a penalty. If you believe a correction is wrong, you may ask us to review it, as described under Termination.

Identity Verification

You may verify your identity from your profile. Verification is optional: you never have to verify to make a Withdrawal, verifying does not raise a Withdrawal limit, and choosing not to verify does not lower one.

Verification starts with personal details you enter yourself. Further steps, such as a government identity document or proof of address, are offered in your profile when they become available. Our own staff review what you send. Identity verification has an age requirement of 18. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect for verification, who sees it and how long we keep it.

Offers are supplied by our Partners. Each Offer shows its Reward and what you need to do before you start it, such as playing a game, signing up for a service or completing a survey. You must follow each Offer's instructions, including any conditions the Partner sets, such as reaching a level in a game or keeping a subscription for a set period.

The Partner decides whether you have completed an Offer and what it pays. We credit a Reward once the Partner confirms your completion. We cannot make a Partner confirm a completion, and we are not responsible for a Reward that a Partner does not confirm.

If you completed an Offer and your Reward has not arrived, contact us at support@earnit.gg. We will raise it with the Partner and pass on what they tell us, but we cannot promise that the Partner will confirm it. A VPN, an ad blocker or a privacy extension can stop a Partner from recording your completion, so we recommend turning them off while you complete Offers.

Pending Rewards

A Reward can be pending for a period before you can withdraw it. This gives us and the Partner time to confirm that the completion is genuine, which protects everyone who earns honestly. How long a Reward stays pending varies by Offer, and some Rewards are available straight away. The app always shows whether a Reward is pending or available. We may extend the pending period, or review a Reward that is already available, where the activity behind it looks irregular. A pending Reward is not a penalty.

Reversals

A Partner may reverse a completion after we have credited it, for example after a chargeback, a refund, a cancelled trial, a duplicate payment or fraud the Partner finds. When that happens, we will remove the matching Reward from your Balance. We may also reverse a Reward that was earned by breaking these Terms or credited by mistake.

If a reversal is larger than your available Balance, your Balance can go below zero. We may then recover the difference from your future Rewards before you make another Withdrawal.

We run promotions such as cases, daily streaks, bonuses and leaderboards. Promotions are always free. You never pay to take part, and nothing in your Balance is ever put at risk to enter one.

You may receive cases through promotions, for example a welcome bonus, a daily streak or directly from us. A case cannot be bought. Each case shows its prizes, and the chance of winning each one, before you open it. Leaderboards rank earnings over a period, so there is nothing to enter and nothing to pay.

A promotion may have its own rules, which we show in the app, and they apply together with these Terms. We may change, pause or end any promotion, and we may change its prizes. Where a prize is won through fraud or by breaking these Terms, we may cancel it and remove anything credited from it.

You may withdraw your available Balance through PayPal, a virtual Visa, cryptocurrency or a gift card, depending on the methods available where you live. PayPal is sent as a claim link to the email address on your Account. A virtual Visa is issued to you for online spending. Cryptocurrency is sent to the wallet address you enter, on the network you choose. A gift card is delivered to you as a code.

The minimum, any fee and any bonus for each method are shown before you confirm a Withdrawal. They differ between methods and can change. Where a fee depends on network conditions, as it does for cryptocurrency, it is shown as a variable network fee.

We may review any Withdrawal before we send it. We may ask you to confirm your email address first, and we may delay, refuse or cancel a Withdrawal where we suspect fraud or a breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for the payout details you enter. A cryptocurrency transfer sent to the address and network you chose cannot be reversed by us or by anyone else, so check them before you confirm. A gift card is final once its code has been issued. Withdrawals are delivered by payment partners, and Earnit is not itself a payment service. If a payout fails, we will help you follow it up. A Withdrawal pays out Rewards you have already earned and is not a purchase, so there is nothing to refund. This does not affect any right the law gives you that cannot be waived.

You are responsible for any tax that applies to what you earn on Earnit, under the rules of the country where you live. We do not withhold tax for you, and we do not give tax advice. If the rules where you live require you to declare or report what you earn, you must do so yourself.

We keep the accounting records the law requires of us. Our Privacy Policy explains what we keep for this purpose, for how long and on what legal basis.

Earnit sells you nothing. A charge that a payment partner or a gift-card issuer applies is theirs, not ours, and it is shown to you before you confirm a Withdrawal.

If you are unsure what applies to you, a tax adviser in your country can tell you. Nothing in these Terms is tax advice.

You must use Earnit honestly and lawfully. In particular, you may not:

• Create or use more than one Account, or complete Offers on an Account that belongs to someone else.
• Use a VPN, a proxy, an emulator or a similar tool to hide or fake your location, your device or your identity.
• Use bots, scripts, macros or any other automation on Earnit or on an Offer.
• Give false, borrowed or bought personal details, or pretend to be someone else.
• Cheat, exploit or tamper with Earnit or any Offer, including by technical manipulation.
• Abuse chargebacks or refunds, or abuse any payment, Reward or promotion.
• Copy, scrape, resell or reverse engineer any part of Earnit, or try to get around our security measures.
• Use Earnit for anything unlawful, or in any other way that breaks these Terms.

Chat

Chat is a public room shared by everyone on Earnit, so treat anything you post there as public. In chat, you may not harass other members, send spam, post referral links or advertising, share another person's personal information, or post anything unlawful, hateful or misleading. We may remove a message, mute an Account or restrict chat to keep the room usable for everyone.

If you are not sure whether something is allowed, ask us at support@earnit.gg before you do it. We would much rather answer a question first than reverse a Reward afterwards.

You may delete your Account at any time from your account settings or by writing to support@earnit.gg. Withdraw your available Balance first, because a Balance left in your Account cannot be paid out once the deletion is complete. After the deletion is complete, you may not create a new Account.

If we believe you have broken these Terms, we may investigate, hold your Rewards or Withdrawals, reverse Rewards obtained unfairly, restrict features, or suspend or close your Account. Where Balance was obtained through fraud or by breaking these Terms, we may withhold it or remove it. We will act in proportion to what happened: an honest mistake is not treated as fraud, and action is aimed at the activity involved, not at Rewards you earned honestly.

We may also close your Account for another reason by giving you reasonable notice, for example if we stop offering Earnit in your country. If we close your Account for a reason other than a breach of these Terms, you may still withdraw your available Balance, subject to the usual minimums and checks.

If you believe a decision about your Account is wrong, you may appeal by writing to support@earnit.gg, and a person will review it. We will tell you when a decision has affected your Account and explain as much of our reasoning as we can. We do not publish how our fraud prevention works, because that would help people get around it.

When your Account closes, your right to use Earnit ends. Sections that by their nature continue after that keep applying, including any correction or reversal we were entitled to make before closure, Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Taxes and Governing Law.

Offers are supplied by Partners, Withdrawals are delivered by payment partners, and you can sign in with Google or Steam. When you use a Partner's Offer or another company's service through Earnit, that company's own terms and privacy policy also apply to you, and each Partner is responsible for the personal data it collects in its own Offers.

We are not responsible for another company's website, content, products or services, or for how it handles your data, and a link from Earnit is not an endorsement. A Partner can change or end an Offer at any time, and when that happens we might have to remove it from Earnit.

Names, logos and brands of other companies shown on Earnit belong to their owners and are shown only to identify them. Showing them does not mean those companies endorse us, or that we endorse them.

The Earnit name, logo, design, text, graphics and software belong to us or to our licensors. We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use Earnit for its intended purpose, under these Terms. The license ends when your Account closes. You may not copy, scrape, resell or reuse our content or our brand without our written permission.

Your Content

You keep ownership of what you post in chat and of feedback you give us, such as survey feedback. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to store, display, moderate, translate and remove that content as part of running Earnit. That license continues after your Account closes, so that conversations you took part in stay readable for others.

You must have the right to post everything you post, and you are responsible for it. We may remove any content, and we do not have to keep or return content we have removed.

If you believe content on Earnit infringes your rights, write to legal@earnit.gg with enough detail to identify the content and the right you rely on. We will review it and remove anything that should not be there.

Earnit is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises about Earnit other than those in these Terms and those the law requires us to make. We do not promise that Earnit will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or available at any particular time, and we may change, add or remove features.

We do not promise that you will earn any particular amount. What you can earn depends on the Offers available to you, which Partners supply and can change at any time. Nothing on Earnit should be read as a promise of income, or as financial, tax or legal advice.

If you use Earnit as a consumer, you keep the protections the law gives you, and nothing in this section reduces them.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit or opportunity, or for loss we could not reasonably have foreseen, whether it arises from your use of Earnit or from being unable to use it. We are not liable for what a Partner or a payment partner does or fails to do, including a Partner not confirming a Reward.

If you use Earnit as a consumer, the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live apply in full and are not reduced by this section.

You must indemnify us, which means covering the claims, losses and reasonable costs we face, where a third party brings a claim against us that arises from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of Earnit, content you posted, or your breach of the law.

If such a claim is made, we will tell you promptly, we will not settle it without consulting you, and we will let you take part in the defense. This section does not apply to the extent that the claim results from our own breach or negligence, and if you use Earnit as a consumer, it applies only as far as the law where you live allows.

We may update these Terms as Earnit changes or as the law requires. When we do, we will publish the new version on this page with a new effective date at the top.

If a change is material, we will give you reasonable notice before it takes effect, for example by a message on Earnit or by email. If you keep using Earnit after the change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept them, you may withdraw your available Balance and close your Account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and disputes arising from them may be brought before the Swedish courts. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there. We do not require you to go to arbitration or to give up a right to bring a collective claim.

We would rather solve a problem with you directly, so please contact us first at support@earnit.gg. If we cannot solve it together and you are a consumer, you may refer the dispute to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN, Allmanna reklamationsnamnden, arn.se).

These Terms are written in English, and the English version is the original. We publish translations so that you can read these Terms in your own language, and they are meant to say the same thing. If a translation and the English version differ, the English version applies. If you are a consumer, this does not remove a right the law where you live gives you.

Nothing in these Terms removes a right that the law gives you and does not allow us to remove. Where a mandatory rule of the country where you live conflicts with a clause in these Terms, the mandatory rule applies and the rest of the clause stays in force.

These Terms, together with the policies they include, are the entire agreement between you and us about Earnit and replace any earlier understanding. If a court finds part of these Terms invalid or unenforceable, that part is removed and the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we have not given up the right to enforce it later.

You may not transfer your rights under these Terms to anyone else. We may transfer ours to another company, for example if we reorganize our business, as long as your rights are not reduced.
