Affiliate Policy
Effective Oct 23, 2026
Introduction
This Affiliate Policy explains how the Earnit Affiliate Program works. It forms part of our Terms of Service, and the words defined there, such as Account, Reward, Balance and Commission, have the same meanings here. A breach of this policy is a breach of the Terms of Service, and where this policy says nothing about a subject, the Terms of Service apply. The Affiliate Program is a real way to earn more, but it is not a promise of income. What you earn depends on how many people you refer and how active they are, so nothing in this policy is a projection, and you must not present it to anyone as one.
Key Points
- Every Account has a referral link, and the Affiliate Program is on from the start. There is nothing to apply for.
- You earn Commission, a share of what the people you refer earn, once their Rewards are confirmed.
- You claim Commission to your Balance from your affiliate dashboard, which always shows your current rate and tier.
- You must promote Earnit honestly, and you may not refer yourself or create fake referrals.
These points are a summary, and the sections below apply in full.
Eligibility
Any Account in good standing can take part in the Affiliate Program. The rules that apply to Earnit in general also apply here, including the minimum age and the countries where Earnit is available, as set out in our Terms of Service. You do not need to enroll: your referral link works from the moment your Account exists.
We may refuse to let an Account take part, or remove it from the Affiliate Program, where its participation would put the program or other members at risk. If we do, we will tell you.
How Referrals Work
Share your referral link, and anyone who creates an Account after following it becomes your referral. When someone follows your link, a cookie remembers it, so that the referral can be credited to you when they sign up. Our Cookie Policy explains that cookie and how long it lasts. If the person clears their cookies, or signs up long after following your link, the referral might not be credited to you.
A referral must be a real person who chose to join Earnit. A referral does not count if you own or control the Account, if you created it through your own link, or if the person was paid or pressured to sign up with no interest in using Earnit. The full rules are under Promotion Rules.
How Commission Works
You earn Commission as a share of the Rewards earned by the people you referred. Commission builds up as their Rewards are confirmed, not when they sign up, so it follows their real activity on Earnit. Commission on a Reward that is still pending stays pending until the Reward is confirmed.
Claiming Commission
Commission is not added to your Balance automatically. You claim it from your affiliate dashboard whenever you choose. Once claimed, it becomes part of your Balance and can be withdrawn under the usual rules. Each claim has a minimum amount, applied when you claim. You cannot claim while your referral link is disabled, but your Commission is not lost: you can claim it once the link is enabled again.
Your Tier
Your rate depends on your affiliate tier. Your affiliate dashboard always shows your current rate, your tier and what it takes to reach the next one, and once you reach a tier, you keep it. We may also agree a different rate or tier with you directly, under a separate agreement with us.
Rates and tiers can change as the Affiliate Program develops. A change applies to Commission you claim after it, and we will never reduce Commission you have already claimed.
Reversals
If a Reward your referral earned is reversed before you claim the Commission on it, that Commission is removed and can no longer be claimed. Commission you have already claimed is not reversed when the Reward behind it is reversed later. Where Commission comes from fake or abusive referrals, we may withhold or remove it, as described under Termination.
Promotion Rules
We want you to share Earnit, and we want you to do it honestly. Honest sharing is what the Affiliate Program rewards, and it keeps Earnit welcoming for the people you bring to it.
When you promote Earnit, you must:
- Be truthful about what Earnit is and how it works.
- Make clear, close to your link, that you earn from referrals, as advertising and consumer protection rules expect.
- Follow the rules of every platform you post on, including its rules on referral links, rewarded sign-ups and advertising disclosure.
- Follow the advertising and marketing laws that apply to you and to your audience.
You may not:
- Refer yourself, or refer Accounts you own or control, or that share your household or device.
- Create, buy, rent or recruit fake, inactive or paid-for Accounts to pose as referrals.
- Use a VPN, a proxy, an emulator or any other tool to fake sign-ups, activity, location or identity.
- Send spam or unsolicited messages, or post your link where a platform does not allow it.
- Promise earnings, or suggest that Earnit guarantees an income.
- Bid on our brand names in paid search, or run advertising that could be mistaken for ours.
- Present yourself as Earnit or as speaking for us, or suggest that you work for us or with us, unless we have agreed to it in writing.
- Misuse our name or logo, or promote Earnit in a way that harms its reputation.
- Promote Earnit to people under the minimum age, or in countries where Earnit is not available.
- Use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden frames or any other trick that credits a referral the person did not choose to make.
If you are unsure whether a post or a campaign is allowed, ask us at support@earnit.gg before you publish it. We would much rather answer a question first than remove Commission afterwards.
Termination
If we believe referral activity is fake, improperly paid for or otherwise abusive, we may withhold or remove the Commission involved, disable your referral link, remove you from the Affiliate Program, or act on your Account under our Terms of Service. We will act in proportion to what happened, and Commission you earned from real referrals is not affected by action against activity that was not genuine.
If you believe a decision is wrong, you may appeal by writing to support@earnit.gg. A person will review it, and we will tell you the outcome. We do not publish how we identify abusive referrals, because that would help people get around it, but we will tell you when a decision has affected you and explain as much as we can. Our Privacy Policy explains your right to have an automated decision reviewed by a person.
We may pause or end the Affiliate Program. If we do, Commission that has already been confirmed stays yours to claim under this policy, and we will give you a reasonable period in which to claim it.
Our Relationship
Taking part in the Affiliate Program does not make you our employee or agent, and it does not create a partnership or joint venture between you and Geekbux Interactive. You take part independently and in your own name.
You are responsible for how you promote Earnit, for what you publish and for its consequences, including any complaint a platform or a regulator makes about your posts. We do not approve what you publish, an answer to a question you ask us is not an approval, and you may not make any statement, promise or commitment on our behalf. Anything you say about Earnit binds you, not us. Where something you publish leads to a claim against us, the Indemnification section of our Terms of Service applies.
You are responsible for any tax on what you earn through the Affiliate Program in the country where you live. We do not withhold tax for you and we do not give tax advice, as our Terms of Service also say about earnings in general.
Changes to This Policy
The Affiliate Program, including its rates, its tiers and the rules in this policy, can change as Earnit grows. When we make a material change to this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, tell you. A change to rates or tiers applies only to Commission you claim after it takes effect. Your affiliate dashboard always shows your current rate and tier, and it is the authoritative view of your own position.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by the same law as our Terms of Service: the laws of Sweden, with the same options for resolving disputes, including the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN, Allmanna reklamationsnamnden, arn.se) for consumers. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the mandatory protections of the country where you live. We would rather solve a problem with you directly, so please contact us first.
