How do I contact MM Wall about a missing reward?

Report a missing MM Wall reward from its In Progress tab, and if MM Wall has not answered within two weeks, contact us and we look into it.
You report a missing MM Wall reward from the In Progress tab inside MM Wall, because only MM Wall can see that you finished the offer. If the reward has not tracked within 48 hours of finishing the offer, you can report it like this:
- Open MM Wall from Offerwalls on your earn page.
- Open the In Progress tab at the lower middle of MM Wall.
- Choose the offer that did not pay.
- Press the support button in the top right, and send your report.
MM Wall has games, daily challenges and a video wall called MM Watch, so find which one your reward came from first. Send the name of that game, challenge or video as it appears on the wall and the date you finished it. Add a screenshot of the last step and the details every partner asks for.
If the In Progress tab does not list the offer, or MM Wall has not answered within two weeks, contact our support team. Send us the offer, challenge or video name, the date and your screenshot, and tell us that you already asked MM Wall. Our team then looks into it with MM Wall.
