Report a missing TimeWall reward with the chat icon in its footer, and if TimeWall has not answered within two weeks, contact us and we look into it.
You report a missing TimeWall reward with the chat icon in the footer of the TimeWall wall, because only TimeWall can see that you finished the task. If the reward has not tracked within 48 hours of finishing the task, you can report it like this:
- Open the TimeWall wall from Offerwalls on your earn page, and scroll down to its footer.
- Press the chat icon in the bottom right corner.
- Tell TimeWall which task did not pay, and send your report.
TimeWall pays for short videos and small tasks, so a missing reward is usually one small task among many. Name the exact task or video, with the date and the approximate time you finished it. Add a screenshot of the finished task and the details every partner asks for, so TimeWall can find it among the rest.
If the chat icon does not open, or TimeWall has not answered within two weeks, contact our support team. Send us the task or video name, the date and time you finished it and your screenshot, and tell us that you already asked TimeWall. Our team then looks into it with TimeWall.
