My offer completed but I wasn't credited, what should I do?

Updated

Quick answer

A finished offer that has not paid is usually waiting for the partner that runs it to confirm it, and after 48 hours you can report the missing reward.

A finished offer that has not paid yet is usually waiting for the partner that runs it to confirm it, so look for the reward in your task history first. If the reward has not tracked within 48 hours of finishing the offer, you can report it to the partner.

Is my reward late or missing?

Your task history tells you whether your reward is late or missing, because every reward listed there has tracked:

  • Pending: the reward is waiting for the partner to confirm it, or is held for a set time until its Releases on date, so it is late rather than missing.
  • Confirmed: your transactions page lists the reward as a Task reward, with the amount it paid.
  • Not listed at all: the reward has not tracked yet, and if you finished the offer more than 48 hours ago, the reward is missing.

If the offer never showed any progress, follow the steps for an offer that did not track.

Why would a completed offer not credit?

When an offer says you finished it and no reward has been credited, one of these is usually the reason, most likely first:

  • The partner has not confirmed the offer yet. Some partners take longer than others to confirm, and a few confirm a step only once you reach the next one.
  • The app counted something other than the step the offer pays for. Open the offer and compare its Rewards tab with what you did.
  • The offer's conditions were not met. A step you reach after the offer's Time limit has passed might not pay, and a free trial you cancel too early does not pay.
  • The offer was not new to you. An offer pays once per person, so an app or game you had used before does not pay again.
  • The task was rejected. A task that does not meet the offer's requirements or our rules is rejected, so its reward is not credited.

Why did I get partial credit for an offer?

You get partial credit when some of an offer's steps have paid and others have not yet, because an offer that pays in steps pays each step on its own. A step is usually unpaid for one of these reasons:

  • You have not reached every step yet. Each of the offer's reward steps, such as a new level in a game, pays when you reach it.
  • A step you reached is pending. The step has tracked, and its reward is waiting for the partner to confirm it, or is held for a set time.
  • The offer ended before you reached every step. When the advertiser closes an offer, the steps you already finished still count.

To see which steps have paid, open the offer and look at its Rewards tab, where every step that has tracked is marked. Your task history also lists each step's reward as its own row. A finished step that has not tracked within 48 hours is a missing reward, and you can report it to the partner.

Who do I contact about a missing offer reward?

Contact the partner that runs the offer, because only the partner can see that you finished it. Keep a screenshot of the finished step while you wait.

  1. Open the offer on your earn page, and press Not credited yet? to find where that partner takes reports. For an offer inside an offerwall, use the support entry inside that offerwall.
  2. Send the offer's name, the date you finished it and your screenshot, with the details every partner asks for.
  3. If the partner has not answered within two weeks, contact our support team. Send us the offer's name, the date and your screenshot, and name the missing step if only part of the reward paid.

Our team looks into the missing reward with the partner and passes on what the partner tells us, and the reward is credited once the partner confirms it.
