How do I contact ayeT-Studios about a missing reward?

You report a missing ayeT-Studios reward from Reward Status inside the ayeT-Studios wall, because only ayeT-Studios can see that you finished the offer. If the reward has not tracked within 48 hours of finishing the offer, you can report it like this:

1. Open the ayeT-Studios wall from Offerwalls on your earn page.
2. Press the three dots in the top right corner of the ayeT-Studios wall, which uses dots where most walls use three stripes.
3. Choose Reward Status, and find the offer that did not pay.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the offer, and press Submit Support Ticket.

Most ayeT-Studios offers are mobile games, so a missing reward is usually one level or stage. Send the offer's name as it appears on the wall, the level or stage you reached and the date you reached it. Add a screenshot from the game and the details every partner asks for.

ayeT-Studios also runs a survey wall, ayeT-Studios Surveys. If that wall shows no support entry, write to us about a missing survey reward instead.

If Reward Status does not open, or ayeT-Studios has not answered within two weeks, contact our support team. Send us the offer or survey name, the date and your screenshot, and tell us whether you already asked ayeT-Studios. Our team then looks into it with ayeT-Studios.
