What browser or device should I use for offers?

Use the device the offer is made for, in any up-to-date browser with its ad blocker and strict privacy setting turned off for Earnit.GG. Whichever device you choose, finish each offer on the same device and in the same browser you started it on.

Should I do offers on my phone or my computer?

Your phone and your computer both work, and the offer screen shows the devices each offer runs on, such as iOS, Android or a computer.

An offer that asks you to install an app or a game needs the phone or tablet you will play it on. Open your earn page on that phone or tablet, press Start offer on the offer there, and install the app from the link the offer opens. On a computer, Start offer shows a code instead, and scanning the code with your phone opens the offer there.

You can use your account on your phone and your computer at the same time, and the one rule is that each offer stays on one device.

Which browsers work best for offers?

Any up-to-date browser works, such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge or Brave, as long as its ad blocker and its strict privacy setting are off for Earnit.GG. Each browser gives its privacy setting a different name. Keep your browser up to date, because an old version can stop an offer from loading.

On a phone, open Earnit.GG in your phone's own browser, such as Safari or Chrome. Chrome works best for offers on a phone. The browser inside a chat or social app can stop an offer from opening, or from tracking your progress.

Can I switch devices partway through an offer?

No, please finish every offer on the device and in the browser where you pressed Start offer, because the offer is linked to that device and browser. Progress you make on another device, in another browser or in another browser profile is not linked to the offer, so it does not count.

A few offers let you continue on another device, and when one does, its Instructions say so and explain how. If you have already switched, please do not start the offer again, because starting it again does not continue your progress. If a step has not tracked within 48 hours of reaching it, you can report the missing step to the partner that runs the offer.

What should I avoid while an offer is running?

• Deleting and reinstalling the app or game. Deleting the app can stop the offer from tracking your progress, so keep the app until the offer has paid.
• Clearing the app's data or your browser's history and site data, until the offer has paid.
• Switching accounts inside the app or game, such as signing in with a different game account partway through.
• Turning on an ad blocker partway through, because it can stop the next step from tracking.
• Doing the offer in a private or incognito window, because closing the window can stop the offer from tracking.

Avoid all of these from the moment you press Start offer until the last step has paid. Keep a screenshot of each step you reach until its reward is credited.
