The offerwall isn't loading, how can I fix it?

An ad blocker or a strict privacy setting is almost always why an offerwall does not load. Turn off your ad blocker or privacy setting for Earnit.GG, then reload the page.

What should I try first when an offerwall will not load?

Try these steps in order, and reload the page after each one:

1. Turn off your ad blocker or browser shield for Earnit.GG, then reload the page. Ad blockers often mistake offerwalls for ads and block them.
2. Turn off strict tracking protection in your browser settings. Some browsers block offerwalls when this setting is on.
3. Use a normal browser window. Offerwalls often do not load in a private or incognito window.
4. Turn off other extensions for Earnit.GG, such as script blockers or overlay tools.
5. Try a different internet connection. Some school or work networks block offerwalls, and switching to mobile data is a quick way to check.

If the offerwall still does not load after these steps, contact our support team and tell us your device, your browser and which offerwall will not open.

If you finished an offer before the offerwall stopped loading, its reward shows in your task history once the reward has tracked. If the reward has not tracked within 48 hours of finishing the offer, you can report the missing reward to the partner that runs the offer.

How can I make offerwalls load every time?

Allow Earnit.GG in your ad blocker once, so you do not have to turn the blocker off every time. Use an up-to-date browser in a normal window for offers, because an out-of-date browser can stop a page from loading.
