How do I contact Prime about a missing reward?

Report a missing Prime Earn reward with Ask a Question on the wall, and if Prime has not answered within two weeks, contact us and we look into it.
You report a missing Prime reward with Ask a Question inside the Prime Earn wall, because only Prime can see that you finished the offer. If the reward has not tracked within 48 hours of finishing the offer, you can report it like this:
- Open the Prime Earn wall from Offerwalls on your earn page.
- Press the question-mark help icon in the top right corner of the Prime Earn wall.
- Choose Ask a Question at the bottom of the panel it opens.
- Fill in the form, and send your report.
Send the offer's name as it appears on the wall and the date you finished the offer. Add a screenshot of the last screen and the details every partner asks for.
Prime also runs Prime Surveys on your earn page. For a missing survey reward, look for the same help icon inside that wall, and if the wall has none, write to us instead.
If the help icon does not open, or Prime has not answered within two weeks, contact our support team. Send us the offer or survey name, the date and your screenshot, and tell us whether you already asked Prime. Our team then looks into it with Prime.
