How do I contact AdToWall about a missing reward?

Report a missing AdToWall reward from Pending Offers on its wall, and if AdToWall has not answered within two weeks, contact us and we look into it.
You report a missing AdToWall reward from Pending Offers inside the AdToWall wall, because only AdToWall can see that you finished the offer. If the reward has not tracked within 48 hours of finishing the offer, you can report it like this:
- Open the AdToWall wall from Offerwalls on your earn page.
- Press the settings icon in the top right corner of the AdToWall wall.
- Open Pending Offers, and find the offer that did not pay.
- Use the contact option shown for that offer, and send your report.
Most AdToWall offers ask you to install an app or create an account, so report the missing reward on that exact offer. Send the offer's name as it appears on the wall and the date you finished it. Add a screenshot of the app or account and the details every partner asks for.
If Pending Offers does not list the offer, or AdToWall has not answered within two weeks, contact our support team. Send us the offer's name, the date and your screenshot, and tell us that you already asked AdToWall. Our team then looks into it with AdToWall.
