My withdrawal hasn't arrived, what should I do?

Updated

Quick answer

Check the withdrawal's status on your withdrawals page first: a completed withdrawal has been sent, so check its claim link or code, or your wallet for crypto.

Open the withdrawal on your withdrawals page and check its status first, because a withdrawal that shows Completed has already been sent. For every payout method except crypto, press Reveal reward to see your claim link or code, and for crypto, check your wallet, the address and the network before you write to us.

Has my withdrawal been sent yet?

Your withdrawal's status tells you whether we have sent it yet:

We notify you as soon as a withdrawal is sent, so a withdrawal that shows Pending with no message from us is still waiting for our team.

Every withdrawal except crypto reaches you as a claim link or a code, and the claim link or code stays on your withdrawals page, so you do not need the message we sent. Open the withdrawal and press Reveal reward to see the Claim link or the Code.

If the page says We could not show your reward. Please try again., press Reveal reward again. A PayPal payment is paid into your PayPal account once you open the claim link and claim it.

Why has my crypto not reached my wallet?

Open the withdrawal to see the Destination it was sent to and the Network it was sent on. When a crypto withdrawal shows Completed, one of these reasons usually explains why the crypto is not in your wallet, most likely first:

  • Your wallet or exchange waits for more confirmations. Some wallets and exchanges wait for several confirmations of their own before they show a deposit.
  • Your wallet does not show that coin on that network yet. Some wallets need the network, or the coin itself, added before they show a balance for it, so check your wallet's settings for the Network on your withdrawal.
  • The wallet you are checking is not the Destination. Compare the Destination on your withdrawal with the address in your wallet, character by character.
  • The payment went to an exchange. An exchange adds a deposit to your account after its own checks, so look for the deposit in the exchange's history.
  • The network did not match your wallet. Crypto sent on another network can sometimes be recovered, depending on your wallet.

A crypto withdrawal that shows a Transaction ID can be checked on its network directly, because the Transaction ID is the payment's own record there. Copy the Transaction ID from your withdrawals page and search for it in a block explorer for the Network on your withdrawal, which shows the address the crypto reached and when the network confirmed the payment.

When should I contact support about my withdrawal?

Contact our support team if your withdrawal shows Completed and you still cannot find it after these checks. For crypto, write to us when the Destination and the Network match your wallet and the crypto is not there by the next day.

Send us the ID of the withdrawal by copying it from your withdrawals page, with a screenshot of your wallet for crypto, and we look into the payment and tell you what we find.
