How do I cash out to crypto?

Choose your coin and network on the withdraw page, paste and check your wallet address and confirm the amount, and most withdrawals are sent within minutes.
To withdraw crypto, choose your coin and network on the withdraw page, paste the wallet address from your wallet app, check the address, and confirm the amount.
Which coins can I withdraw?
The withdraw page lists every coin you can choose under Crypto, such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, USD Coin and Tether, and each coin shows its lowest amount next to Min. A coin can travel on more than one network, so you choose the Network too, and the network sets the minimum, because each network charges its own fee to send a payment.
USD Coin and Tether are built to hold their dollar value, while other coins, such as Bitcoin and Ethereum, can move in price after you receive them.
What do I need before I withdraw crypto?
- A wallet for the coin on the network you choose. Not every wallet supports every network for the same coin, so check that yours does before you withdraw.
- A verified email address. Every withdrawal needs one, and you can verify your email on your profile.
- A minimum of confirmed rewards before your first withdrawal. Rewards from offers, surveys and tasks count toward the first-withdrawal minimum, and the withdrawal window shows how much more you need.
How do I withdraw crypto step by step?
- Open the withdraw page and choose your coin under Crypto.
- Choose the Network. Pick the network your wallet uses for that coin.
- Paste your wallet address into the address field, exactly as your wallet shows it, with any capital letters. The window can save the address under a name, so you can choose it next time.
- Enter the amount, and check the estimated network fee and how much of the coin you receive.
- Confirm the withdrawal. Press the button with the amount on it, and the site shows Withdrawal requested.
Every withdrawal goes to the address you enter for it, so you can send each withdrawal to a different wallet if you want to.
How do I check my wallet address and network?
Copy the address from your wallet app instead of typing it, then compare the first few and the last few characters with the address in the window. In your wallet, check which network it shows for that address, and make sure it matches the Network you chose.
The window tells you when an address is not valid for the coin and network you chose. A crypto payment goes to exactly the address you enter, so this check is the one that protects your money.
When will my crypto arrive?
Most withdrawals are sent within minutes, often instantly. A withdrawal that waits for our team is sent as soon as it is approved.
Your withdrawals page shows your withdrawal as Processing while we send it and Completed once the network has confirmed the payment. A busy network takes longer to confirm a payment, so your withdrawal stays Processing for longer. If your withdrawal shows Completed and the crypto is not in your wallet yet, follow the checks for a withdrawal that has not arrived.
