How do I verify my email?

Enter the 6-digit code we email you under your email address on your profile, and a verified email lets you withdraw and open your welcome case.
Open your profile, enter the 6-digit code we emailed you under your email address and press Verify. If you signed up with Google, there is nothing to do, because your Google email counts as verified.
Why do I need to verify my email?
Verifying your email shows that the address on your account is yours, and a verified email opens these:
- Withdrawing. Every withdrawal needs a verified email, because the emails about your withdrawals go to that address, including the ones with a claim link or a gift card code.
- Your welcome case. The free welcome case, and the extra free cases it can unlock, open once your email is verified.
- Social rewards. Claiming a reward for following Earnit.GG on social media needs a verified email.
- Promo codes. Redeeming a promo code needs a verified email as well.
You do not need a verified email to earn. Offers, surveys and your daily streak all work from the moment you sign up, so you can earn first and verify your email when you are ready to withdraw.
Where do I enter my email code?
- Open your profile. Under Email, an address that is waiting for its code shows Email not verified yet.
- Find the code in the email called Verify your email address. If you signed up with an email and a password, we sent the code as soon as you signed up.
- Enter the code in Verification code and press Verify. Your profile then says Email verified, and everything a verified email opens is available straight away.
If you signed up with Steam, we asked for your email address straight after, on the Add your email step. The code we sent to that address verifies your email in the same way.
What if my email code has expired?
Each email code lasts 15 minutes. Press Send code under your email address for a new code, and the button says Code sent once we have sent the code. The new code replaces the old one, so only the code in the newest email works.
If the site says a code has expired, is invalid or has already been used, press Send code once more and enter the newest code. If the site says Too many requests, wait a moment before you ask for another code. If no code arrives at all, follow the steps for a missing verification email.
Do I need to verify anything else to earn or withdraw?
No, your email is the only thing you verify to withdraw, and nothing needs verifying to earn. ID verification is optional and open to members aged 18 or over on your verification page, and you never need ID to withdraw.
Some offers ask for a step of their own, such as confirming a phone number inside the app. The offer lists a step like this under Instructions on its Details tab, so read the offer before you start it.
