How do I make my profile private?

Turn on Private profile on your profile, and your profile no longer shows other members your earnings, your stats or the offers you have completed. Your name stays visible where you take part in public, such as in the chat and on the leaderboard.

What can other members see about me?

Every profile starts out public, and anyone can open yours from the chat, the leaderboard or the live feed, including visitors who have not signed in. A public profile window shows:

• Your name, your picture and your country.
• Your level, and how close you are to the next level.
• Your statistics: Total earned, Earned last 30 days, Completed tasks and Referrals.
• Your recent tasks, the offers you completed most recently.
• The date you joined.

Your name and picture also show in the chat, on the leaderboard and in the live feed. On an offer, they show on its Completions tab after you complete it, and beside any rating you give it.

How do I turn on Private profile?

1. Open your profile.
2. Find Private profile under Account settings, the card with your Display name and your email address.
3. Turn the switch on. The change saves straight away.

Anyone who opens your profile then sees This profile is private, with a note that you keep your earnings and activity hidden. You can turn the switch off at any time, and your profile shows everything again.

What stays visible when my profile is private?

• Your name and picture on your profile window, and your name in the chat, including the free rain results.
• Your level beside your messages in the chat.
• Your place on the leaderboard, with your name. The list of tasks you completed in that race shows Private instead.
• Your activity in the live feed, which shows your recent earnings with your name and picture as they happen.
• Your completions and ratings on an offer, where your name and picture change to Anonymous.

A private profile hides your country everywhere other members can see you. Whichever setting you choose, no member ever sees your email address, your payment details or your ID documents, which we keep private. If you would rather other members knew you by a different name, change your display name at any time.
