How long do withdrawals take?

Most withdrawals are sent within minutes, often instantly, and a withdrawal that needs approval from our team is sent as soon as it is approved. After we send a withdrawal, the time it takes to reach you depends on the payout method you chose.

How long does each payout method take?

A claim link or a gift card code is ready as soon as we send your withdrawal, and crypto is ready once the network has confirmed the payment:

• PayPal: the claim link is ready on your withdrawals page, and after you claim the payment, PayPal decides how long it takes to reach your PayPal account.
• Venmo, Cash App and bank transfer: the claim link is ready on your withdrawals page, and after you claim the payment, the time it takes to reach your account depends on Venmo, Cash App or your bank.
• Virtual Visa: the claim link for your card is ready on your withdrawals page.
• Gift card: the code is ready on your withdrawals page.
• Crypto: the payment shows in your wallet once the network has confirmed it, and a busy network takes longer to confirm a payment.

Why can a withdrawal take longer?

A withdrawal takes longer when it needs approval from our team before we send it, and its details on your withdrawals page then say Being reviewed before it is sent. We send the withdrawal as soon as our team approves it.

A withdrawal can also take longer when its payment could not be completed, and it then shows Failed while our team looks into it.

What can I do while I wait for a withdrawal?

Most withdrawals need nothing from you while they wait, and we notify you as soon as your withdrawal is sent, so you do not have to keep checking. You can see the status of every withdrawal on your withdrawals page.

Please do not submit the same withdrawal again, because a second withdrawal does not make the first one faster, and both amounts come out of your balance.

If a withdrawal shows Completed and has not reached you, follow the checks for a withdrawal that has not arrived.
