How do I redeem my gift card code?

Open your withdrawals page, press Reveal reward on the gift card withdrawal to see the code, then enter the code on the brand's own site or app. The brand then adds the card's value to your account with that brand.

Where do I find the code after a gift card withdrawal?

Once your gift card withdrawal is sent, we notify you that your code is ready, and the code stays on your withdrawals page, so you do not need to keep the message. Open the withdrawal and press Reveal reward to see:

• Code: the code you enter on the brand's site.
• Serial: a second number some cards have, which a brand can ask for with the code.
• Expires: the date the code has to be used by, when it has one.

Anyone who has the code can spend it, so please do not share the code or a screenshot of it.

How do I add the card to my account with the brand?

1. Sign in to your account with the brand, on its own website or in its app, such as your Steam, PlayStation or Amazon account.
2. Find the brand's redeem page. Brands call it something like "Redeem a code", "Redeem a gift card" or "Add a gift card", usually in the account or wallet settings.
3. Copy the code exactly as it is shown on your withdrawals page, and paste it in, because one missing character or an extra space stops a correct code from working.
4. Confirm the code on the brand's site. The card's value is added to your account with that brand, and you spend the value there.

Why does the brand's site refuse my code?

A code is usually refused for one of these reasons, most likely first:

• The code was not copied exactly. Copy the code again from your withdrawals page, without spaces before or after it.
• The card is for another country's store. Some brands accept a card only in the store of the country it is made for.
• The code has expired. Check the Expires date shown beside the code.
• The brand asks for the serial. Enter the Serial too, if the brand's redeem page has a field for it.

If the brand's site refuses the code after these checks, contact our support team, and we follow up on the code with the gift card partner. Send us the ID of the withdrawal by copying it from your withdrawals page.

Can I exchange or refund a gift card code?

No, a gift card code is final once it has been issued, because the code holds the card's value from that moment. Check the brand, the card value and the region before you confirm a gift card withdrawal, so the code works where you want to use it.

A code you have not used yet stays on your withdrawals page behind Reveal reward, so you can use it whenever you are ready, before any Expires date it shows.

What if my gift card code was already used?

When the brand's site says a code was already used, first check whether you redeemed the code yourself, on another device or with another account with the brand.

If you did not use the code, write to our support team and send us the ID of the withdrawal by copying it from your withdrawals page, with a screenshot of what the brand's site says. We follow up with the gift card partner and tell you what the partner finds.
