Why wasn't I in the free rain draw?

You are in a free rain draw only if you did all three steps during that rain: sent a message in the chat, earned $1.00 of confirmed rewards from offers, surveys and tasks, and pressed Join. Only a few members in each draw win, so being in the draw is not the same as winning.

Which free rain step did I miss?

• You did not press Join. Doing the other two steps is not enough, because Join on the Free rain card is what puts you in the draw.
• You did not send a message in the chat during that rain. A message from an earlier rain or to our support team does not count, and the site says Send a message in chat before joining this rain.
• You had not earned $1.00 during that rain. The site says how much more you need, such as Earn $0.50 more from offers, surveys or tasks to join this rain.

The three steps also have to be true when the rain ends. If one of them stops being true before then, for example because a reward is rejected, you leave the draw even though you joined the rain.

Which earnings count toward a rain?

A reward counts toward the rain that is running when the reward is first confirmed, not the rain in which you finished the offer, survey or task. So if a reward was Pending when a rain ended, the reward did not count toward that rain, and it counts toward the rain that is running when the reward is confirmed.

Only rewards from offers, surveys and tasks count, so a case prize, a promo code or any other bonus does not add to your $1.00.

Why was I not drawn when I had qualified?

Only a few members win each rain, drawn at random from everyone who joined and met every step when the rain ended. On a busy rain, most members in the draw do not win, and the chat shows the winners under Rain dropped to. Every rain is a new draw, and your chance in each one depends on how many members join it.

Can a muted account join free rain?

No, an account that is muted in the chat, suspended or under review cannot join a rain, and the site says Your account cannot join free rain right now. A mute that only covers messages to our support team does not stop you joining.
