Why isn't my promo code working?

A promo code is refused when it was mistyped, already used, ended or used up, made for other accounts, or when your email is not verified yet. The message in the Redeem a promo code window tells you which of these it is, and the table below gives each message's fix.

What are the reasons a promo code is refused?

• The code was typed differently from how it was posted. The box takes only capital letters, numbers and underscores, so type the code in capitals, exactly as it was posted.
• You already used the code. Each code works once per account.
• The code has ended. Every code has an end date and a set number of uses, and once either runs out, the code stops working for everyone.
• The code is not for your account. Some codes are only for some accounts, such as accounts that have earned a set amount or accounts older than a set time.
• Your email address is not verified yet. Redeeming a promo code needs a verified email address, so verify your email and enter the code again.

What does each promo code error mean?

If the site says Too many requests, you have tried many codes in a short time, so wait up to an hour before you try a promo code again.

What if I am sure my promo code should work?

Contact our support team, and we look into the code for you. Send us the code exactly as you typed it, the message the window showed and where you found the code, such as our Discord server or X.

How do I avoid missing a promo code?

Redeem a promo code as soon as you see it, because codes end on a date and can run out of uses before then. We post new codes on our social channels, such as our Discord server and X, and you redeem a promo code from Promo code in your profile menu.
