When do I get my leaderboard prize?

Your leaderboard prize is usually credited to your balance shortly after the race ends, with nothing to claim, and we send you a notification when it is.

When are leaderboard prizes paid?

Leaderboard prizes are paid after each race ends: after each day for the daily race, after each month for the monthly race, and after its end for a one-off race. Your prize is credited to the same balance as the rest of your money, and you can withdraw it like any other part of your balance.

How will I know I won a leaderboard prize?

We send you a notification called Leaderboard prize, which says the place you finished in and what you won, and that the prize is already in your balance. The prize also shows on your transactions page as Leaderboard prize.

Some prizes are checked before they are credited. For one of those, a notification called Leaderboard prize pending comes first, with your place and what you won, and the Leaderboard prize notification follows once the prize is in your balance.

The race's Final standings stay on the leaderboard after it ends, so you can see every place and prize from that race.

What if my leaderboard prize has not arrived?

1. Check your transactions page for a Leaderboard prize line, and check your notifications.
2. Check the Final standings of the race, to make sure your place was a prize place. Places below the prize places show no prize.
3. Contact our support team if a prize place in the Final standings is yours and no prize has been credited. Tell us which race it was and the place you finished in, with a screenshot of the Final standings if you can.

Does a leaderboard prize count toward the next leaderboard?

No, a leaderboard prize is a bonus, so it does not count toward any race, your daily streak or your XP. Only what you earn from offers, surveys and tasks moves you up the leaderboard.
