Bonuses and rewards

How are bonuses different from earnings?

Updated

Quick answer

Bonuses such as case prizes go into the same balance as your earnings, but only earnings count on the leaderboard, toward your streak or for XP.

Bonuses, such as case prizes, promo codes and affiliate commission, go into the same balance as your earnings from offers, surveys and tasks, and you can withdraw both. Only your earnings count toward the leaderboard, your daily streak, the XP that raises your level and the confirmed rewards your first withdrawal needs.

Can I withdraw my bonuses?

Yes, every bonus is credited to your balance, and you withdraw it the same way as the rest of your balance. One rule is different: bonuses do not count toward the confirmed rewards your first withdrawal needs.

Each kind of credit counts toward different things:

Credit Withdrawable Counts on the leaderboard Counts toward your streak and XP
Rewards from offers, surveys and tasks yes yes yes
Case prizes, welcome and daily yes no no
Level rewards yes no no
Promo codes yes no no
Affiliate commission yes no no
Social rewards yes no no
Leaderboard prizes yes no no
Free rain wins yes no no

Do bonuses count on the leaderboard?

No, the leaderboard ranks only what you earn from offers, surveys and tasks, once each reward is confirmed, so a bonus leaves your leaderboard total where it is.

Do bonuses count toward my daily streak or my level?

No, the free daily case of your daily streak unlocks when you earn $1.00 in confirmed rewards from offers, surveys and tasks in a day, and a bonus does not count toward that $1.00. XP, the points that raise your level, also comes only from offers, surveys and tasks, so a bonus does not move you toward your next level.

Where can I see my bonus credits?

Every bonus is its own line on your transactions page, labelled by where it came from: Case opening, Level reward, Promo code, Affiliate commission, Social bonus, Leaderboard prize or Free rain prize. Affiliate commission builds up on your affiliates page first, and it reaches your balance when you press Claim commission.
