How much do I earn from a referral?
Updated
You earn a share of what the friends who sign up through your link earn, and your rate climbs through the affiliate tiers as your claimed commission grows.
You earn a commission on what the friends who sign up through your referral link earn from offers, surveys and tasks, as a share of every reward they earn. How big that share is depends on your affiliate tier, and your rate climbs through the tiers as the commission you have claimed grows.
What are the affiliate tiers?
Every account starts on the first tier, and each tier after it pays a higher rate. Press View tiers on your affiliates page to see every tier with its rate and the commission it needs, and which tiers you have unlocked.
For example, if your rate is 6% when you claim, and the rewards behind that commission paid your friends $100.00, you get $6.00. Commission is calculated on the amount your friend was paid for each reward, so a reward that a boost made bigger for your friend pays you more too.
How do I move up an affiliate tier?
You move up an affiliate tier by claiming your commission, because your tier is counted on all the commission you have ever claimed. Commission waiting in your Claimable balance does not count until you press Claim commission on your affiliates page.
Each claim is paid at the rate of the tier you are on at that moment, and every claim can move you up a tier. Your affiliates page shows your Current tier and how much more commission you need for the next tier. The Statistics part of the same page shows your Total commission, your commission in the Last 30 days and a chart of Commission over time.
Can my commission rate go down?
No, your commission rate does not go down because of anything you or your referrals do, and a tier you have reached is yours to keep, so a quiet month never lowers your rate.
Our team can change the rates and the amount each tier needs, and a change applies only to commission claimed after it. Your affiliates page always shows your current rate.
Do I earn from my friends' referrals?
No, you earn only from the people who signed up through your own link. When a friend of yours invites someone, that person is your friend's referral, and the commission on what they earn goes to your friend.
