Why didn't I earn anything when my friend signed up?

Your commission comes from what your friend earns, not from your friend signing up, so nothing shows until one of your friend's rewards is confirmed. After that, the commission waits in your Claimable balance on your affiliates page until you press Claim commission.

Why is there no commission from my friend yet?

• Your friend has not earned anything yet. Once your friend completes an offer, a survey or a task and the reward is confirmed, you earn your share of that reward.
• Your friend's reward is not confirmed yet. Your commission on a reward counts once that reward is confirmed.
• You have not claimed your commission yet. Commission never goes into your balance automatically: it builds up in your Claimable balance, and Claim commission moves it into your balance from $1.00.
• Your friend's task was rejected. If a task your friend completed is rejected before you claim the commission on it, that commission goes too.

How do I know my friend used my referral link?

Check Your referrals on your affiliates page: it lists everyone who signed up with your link or code, with the Date referred. A friend who earned in the last 30 days shows as Active, and a friend who has not shows as Idle.

If your friend is not on the list, your friend did not sign up through your link, for one of these reasons:

• Your friend opened your link on one device or browser and signed up on another. Your link is remembered only in the browser that opened it, so your friend needs to sign up in that same browser.
• Your friend signed up more than 30 days after opening your referral link, or without opening your link at all.
• Your friend opened someone else's referral link after yours, and the most recent link is the one that counts.
• Your friend used a link with your old referral code, after you changed your code.

A referral is set at the moment your friend signs up, so your friend needs to open your referral link before signing up. Referring yourself, or someone you live with, is not allowed, and a referral like that can cost you your commission.

Why is my commission late?

Commission waits for your friend's reward to be confirmed, and some offers take longer than others to be confirmed. Once your friend's reward is confirmed, the commission shows in your Claimable balance straight away and waits there until you press Claim commission.
