We're reviewing your account to make sure everything is in order, and withdrawing might be paused until the review finishes, but you can keep earning.
We're reviewing your account to make sure everything is in order. While the review is open, you might not be able to withdraw or post in the community chat, but you can keep earning as usual. Most reviews finish without any further issues, and we'll let you know if we need anything from you.
What changes during an account review?
An account review pauses withdrawing, posting in the community chat and joining the free rain draws there until it finishes. A pending withdrawal waits until the review finishes.
An account review is not a suspension, so you can sign in, earn and contact our support team as usual while it is open, and everything you earn in the meantime is credited as usual.
What should I do during an account review?
If our support team asks you for something, such as a document or a confirmation, please reply as soon as you can, because a quick reply helps the review finish sooner. Unless we ask you for something, there is nothing you need to send us, and the review finishes without any action from you.

How does an account review end?
When the review finishes without any issues, you can withdraw and post in the chat again as usual. We do not send a separate message when a review ends, so being able to withdraw again is the sign that it is over.
