How do I appeal a ban or suspension?

Updated

Quick answer

To appeal a ban or suspension, press Contact support on the ban or suspension message and tell us what you think is wrong.

To appeal a ban or suspension, press Contact support on the message that says your account is banned or suspended, and tell us what you think is wrong. Our team reads every appeal and replies to you.

How do I send an appeal?

If you cannot sign in, the sign-in window says your account has been banned and shows a Contact support button, which opens our contact form. Enter the email address on your account and your username so we can find the account, then write your appeal and send it.

If you are signed in, the site shows the message Your account has been suspended for breaking our terms of service. Press Contact support on that message for the same form, or send your appeal to our support team.

If your account is under review rather than suspended, you do not need to appeal, because an account review is not a suspension.

What should my appeal include?

  • That you are appealing a ban or suspension, in the first line.
  • What you think is wrong, in your own words.
  • Anything that helps us understand what happened, such as dates, the offers involved or screenshots.
  • A mistake you made, if there was one, and what you have done about it.

Send one appeal with everything in it, because your details are easier for our team to read in one place.

What happens after I appeal?

After you appeal, our team looks at your account again, and our reply tells you what we decided. We act in proportion to what happened, and an honest mistake is treated as one.

If the suspension is lifted, you can sign in, withdraw and use the chat again as usual. Some suspensions are for a set time and end automatically, and our reply to your appeal tells you whether yours is one of them.

What happens to my balance while I appeal?

While your account is suspended, you cannot withdraw your balance, and a pending withdrawal waits until the suspension is lifted.

If the suspension stays, balance that came from breaking our terms of service can be removed from your account. Any action we take is aimed at the activity involved, not at rewards you earned honestly.
