No, you cannot change a withdrawal after you submit it, but our team can cancel it while it shows Pending, and the full amount goes back to your balance. You can then submit a new withdrawal with the payout method and details you want.
Can I change the payout method before I submit?
Yes, until you confirm a withdrawal, you can change the payout method as often as you like, and the minimum, the fee and what you receive all follow the payout method you choose. Press Back to methods in the withdrawal window to pick another payout method. Nothing leaves your balance until you confirm, so you can compare payout methods and close the window whenever you want.
What if I need to change a submitted withdrawal?
A withdrawal is approved and sent exactly as you submitted it, with its payout method, its amount and its payment details. To change any of them, ask for the withdrawal to be cancelled while it shows Pending, then submit a new withdrawal.
How do I ask for a pending withdrawal to be cancelled?
- Check that the withdrawal shows Pending on your withdrawals page.
- Ask us to cancel the withdrawal. Send our support team the ID of the withdrawal by copying it from your withdrawals page, and tell us why you want it cancelled.
- Withdraw again once the full amount is back in your balance, with the payout method and details you want.
Please ask as soon as you can, because a pending withdrawal can be approved and sent at any moment, and once a withdrawal shows Processing, we are already sending it.
For example, if you chose PayPal and meant to choose the virtual Visa, write to us while the PayPal withdrawal shows Pending, and once we cancel it, you withdraw again to the virtual Visa.
What happens to my money when a withdrawal is cancelled on request?
When a withdrawal is cancelled on request, the full amount goes back to your balance automatically, and your transactions page shows the refund as a Withdrawal refund. We notify you when the withdrawal is cancelled, and it stays on your withdrawals page with the status Cancelled, so you always have a record of it.
