The survey profile is a few short questions about you, such as your date of birth, and our survey partners use your answers to match you with surveys.
The survey profile is a few short questions about you, such as your date of birth, your gender and your postal code, which our survey partners use to match you with surveys. Answering takes about a minute, and your list of surveys appears on the surveys page as soon as you save the profile.
What does the survey profile ask me?
The Your survey profile tile, the first one on the surveys page, opens the Quick profile window, which asks short questions such as these:
- Date of birth: the day, the month and the year you were born.
- Gender: Female, Male, Non-binary, Other or Prefer not to say.
- Postal code: the postal code where you live.
Press Save profile, and Survey profile saved confirms your answers were saved. The survey profile itself pays no reward.
Why do surveys need my survey profile?
A research company pays for answers from a particular group of people, and your survey profile helps our survey partners show you the surveys you are likely to fit. Fewer surveys screen you out after their first questions, and you answer the same questions less often.
Please answer the survey profile truthfully, because a survey that finds answers that do not match the ones you gave can end early. A true profile is also the first step to qualifying for more surveys.
Who sees my survey profile answers?
Your answers go only to the partners that use them to match you with offers and surveys, which are our survey partners and some of our offer partners. Other members never see your survey profile answers.
If you choose Prefer not to say, no partner receives a gender for you. Our privacy policy lists everything each kind of partner receives.
Can I change or skip my survey profile?
You can skip the survey profile by pressing Not now in the survey profile window. Your list of surveys stays hidden until you complete the profile, and the survey walls below the profile tile work without a profile.
Look over your answers before you press Save profile, because you cannot edit a saved profile on the site yourself. If an answer in your saved profile is wrong, contact our support team and tell us which answer is wrong and what it should be.
