To withdraw to a virtual Visa, choose Visa on the withdraw page, enter the amount and confirm the withdrawal. Once your withdrawal is sent, you receive a claim link for your card, a card number you use to pay online.
How do I withdraw to a virtual Visa?
A withdrawal to the virtual Visa needs a verified email address, like every withdrawal, and a first withdrawal also needs a minimum of confirmed rewards from offers, surveys or tasks.
- Open the withdraw page and choose Visa, under Cash.
- Enter the amount, and check the Fee and You receive lines.
- Confirm the withdrawal. Press the button with the amount on it, and the site shows Requested.
There is no address or email to type, because your card reaches you as a claim link, which we send to you and keep on your withdrawals page.
How do I claim my virtual Visa?
- Open the withdrawal on your withdrawals page once it has been sent, and press Reveal reward.
- Press Claim reward next to the Claim link.
- Follow the steps on the page that opens, which shows your card number, its expiry date and its security code.
Anyone who has the claim link can spend the card, so please keep the link, and any screenshot of it, to yourself. A claim link with an expiry date shows it as Expires when you reveal the reward, so claim your card before that date.
Where can I use my virtual Visa?
A virtual Visa is a card number, not a plastic card, so you use it at online checkouts that accept Visa. Enter the card number, the expiry date and the security code at the checkout, the same way you would with any other card. The card holds US dollars.
What if my virtual Visa does not work?
- Check the card details. Enter the card number, the expiry date and the security code exactly as the claim page shows them.
- Check the amount. The card holds the amount you withdrew, so a purchase for more than that is declined.
- Check the claim link's expiry date, shown beside the reward on your withdrawals page.
