Updated

You can claim your balance from the old Earnit.GG by signing in to the new site, opening the claim page and confirming the email address you used on the old site. Our team reviews every claim, and an approved claim is credited to your balance.

Who can send a claim?

Anyone who held a balance on the old Earnit.GG can claim it once. You need an account on the new site first, because the balance is credited to the account you claim from, and creating one is free.

Only your balance moves to your new account, so your earnings history, levels and leaderboard places start fresh on the new site.

How do I send a claim?

  1. Sign in and open the claim page. Go to the claim page while you are signed in.
  2. Enter your old email address. Type the email address you used on the old Earnit.GG, then press Send me a code.
  3. Enter the code in the 6-digit code box. We email the code to that address, and the code expires after 10 minutes. Press Send a new code if it has expired, or Use a different address if you mistyped your old address.
  4. Wait for your claim to be reviewed. Once the code is accepted, the page shows Your claim is being reviewed.

What happens after I send my claim?

You can see where your claim is on the claim page at any time. When the claim is approved, the page shows Your claim was approved, and the balance is credited to your account, where the usual withdrawal rules apply to it.

If the claim is not approved, the page shows Your claim was not approved, and you can contact our support team if you think the decision is a mistake.

What if I no longer use my old email address?

The code has to reach the email address you used on the old site, because the code is how we know the old account was yours. If you can no longer open that inbox, contact our support team with the email address you used on the old site, and our team looks into your claim.
